For Adults: Take 2 capsules 3 times per day. In some circumstances take 2 capsules as frequently as every 30 minutes for additional support. Do not exceed 24 capsules in 24 hours.
For Children Under Age 12: Take 1 capsule 3 times per day. In some circumstances take 1 capsule as frequently as every 30 minutes for additional support. Do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours.
