Six Star® Pre-Workout Explosion 2.0 is the pre-training fuel you need with a clinically studied ingredient for explosive energy, focus and intensity. Level up your pre-workout with increased caffeine, beta-alanine and added L-citrulline and electrolytes. Scientifically engineered to support improvements in performance, muscle growth and muscle pumps. This formula hits harder and tastes better to fuel your toughest workouts.

Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided. Assess your tolerance by mixing 1 serving (1 scoop) with 6 oz. of cold water and drinking it about 30 minutes before your workout. Then increase the dosage to 2 servings mixed with 12 oz. of cold water before your workout. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 scoops) in a 24-hour period. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use.
