    • An aromatic bouquet of zesty herbal flavors, deepened by pinches of organic garlic, onion and chili pepper. Excellent as a marinade for grilled steaks, pork tenderloin or fish. Equally awesome in scrambled eggs, salad dressings and Greek yogurt dips.

    Suggested use

    You will need:

  • 2 lbs pork chops
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Mix packet contents with oil and wine vinegar.
  • Place pork chops in a sealable dish or resealable bag.
  • Pour marinade over pork. If in a dish, flip to coat all sides. If in a bag, seal bag and massage to thoroughly coat.
  • Marinate 30 minutes or longer.
  • Grill 6-8 minutes each side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°-160°.

    • Tips:

    Sustitute pork chops with portabellas- marinate and grill to desired doneness.

    Organic garlic, sea salt, organic parsley, organic onion, organic chili pepper, organic oregano, organic black pepper, organic basil, organic sunflower oil.
