As needed, take 1 capsule with or without food. May take at night to support healthy onset of sleep. May take during the day to support a healthy mood during times of stress. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hypromellose and water), ascorbyl palmitate, L-leucine, and silica.
