Saw Palmetto is a shrub-like palm native to the southeastern United States. It grows small clusters of white flowers that produce yellow berries. Once these berries ripen and turn black, they can be dried and used as an herb to support prostate health.
Take one (1) capsule up to to twice daily, preferably with meals.
