The healthy habit chart is a simple and easy-to-use support tool. Just write down the date you take Replesta® and use the chart as a helpful reminder of when to take your next dose. Take Replesta exactly how your health care practitioner directs.
Suggested useTake 1 Replesta wafer once weekly (every seven days) for 8 weeks or as directed by your health care practitioner. After completing the 8 weeks, continue with a maintenance dose of Vitamin D or as directed by your health care practitioner. Wafers must be chewed or crushed. Do not swallow whole wafers.
