250 mg 8:1 mushroom extract per serving. (2000 mg dried mushroom equivalent).

Mix 3 tablespoons with 8 oz of hot water and blend or froth well for best results. Use your choice of milk for a richer effect, or blend with coffee for a delicious mocha.
