    Suggested use

    Your Castor Oil Pack in 2 Easy Steps:

  • Apply 1 tsp of Castor Oil (sold separately).
  • Adjust your pack over your thyroid.
  • Wear for 1 hour.

    • Wash before first use (lie flat to dry).

    Replace every 2 months.
