†Your ghee may be melted, gritty, grainy, smooth, or solid, which are all normal textures of traditionally-made ghee.

Stir with a clean, dry spoon before use. Then, mix a TBSP into 8 oz of hot coffee or tea and blend well with a whisk or hand blender.
