Probelle's Top Coat Sealer is a long lasting manicure top coat that provides an ultra-high gloss finish. Extremely fast-drying, this vegan top coat is applied as th inal step in a manicure application to seal in color & extend wear.
Suggested use
Apply 1 or 2 coats to reach desired finish.
Pro-Tip: Use on bare or over manicured nails, made to be worn with any polish.
