This active toning solution combines the antioxidant benefits of Vitamin C with mild exfoliating acids to achieve maximum skin purification while maintaining natural moisture levels. This brightening toner leaves skin appearing vibrant, clear, and youthful.

After cleansing, apply a moderate amount to a cotton pad and wipe over the entire face and neck. Follow with a moisturizer. Shake well before use.
