The organic Vitamin D3 (VegD3®) in this formula is from plant-based algae and highly bioavailable.
Vitamin K2 (vitaMK7®) is the most studied, all-natural form of vitamin K and is much more biologically active than the common form, vitamin K1 (phylloquinone).
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) capsule daily, or as directed by a health care professional.
