    Suggested use

    Drink 1-3 servings per day. Carefully peel tag from sachet. Place one tea sachet in cup. Pour 8 oz boiling water and cover. Steep for 5 minutes. Sweeten if desired. Each tea sachet can be re-steeped for an additional serving.

    Helpful Tip: It is recommended to start taking a prenatal vitamin at least 3 months before you plan to become pregnant.
