Best Use: Drink 1-3 servings per day. Store pouch in cool, dry place. Carefully peel tag from sachet.

Place one tea sachet in cup. Pour 8 oz boiling water and cover. Steep for 5 minutes. Sweeten if desired. Each tea sachet is designed to be re-steeped for an additional serving.
