For centuries, women in Thailand have used Pueraria mirifica to smooth the midlife transition into menopause. A member of the legume family, Pueraria mirifica contains many of the same phytoestrogens found in soy along with unique phytoestrogens not found in any other plant. As a dietary supplement, take one veggie capsule per day with water.
