    Suggested use
  • Clean and dry area youwish to apply patch.
  • Remove the patch from thetransparent film and be carefulnot to touch centerof the patch.
  • Apply a dot, textured-sidedown, to a dark spot. Gently pressinto the skin for 5-10 seconds.
  • Wear overnight or for at leastsix hours for best results.
