Consume Gold Standard® Pre-Workout 15-30 minutes before physical activity.

Intended for use in healthy adults and as part of a healthy, balanced diet and exercise program.

Do not combine with alcohol. Use as directed. Do not consume more than 2 servings in a 24 hour period. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program, and drink at least 100 fl oz of water per day. Exercise may increase your need for fluid intake.
