Our story began with a roadside produce stand run by our founder, the son of an organic farmer, in the heart of California's wine country. We've grown a lot since then, evolving into a line of premium oils and vinegars that are made using only the best olives, grapes, seeds or nuts from the finest orchards and fields around the world.
Light, bright and smooth, our Organic White Wine Vinegar starts with Italian wine, aged in oak barrels. It's then kept unpasteurized to maximize flavor. A true culinary workhorse, it's delicious in so many dishes, from a simple plate of vine-ripened tomatoes to an expertly braised chicken.
