Irish moss is a red seaweed that is best know as a source of carrageenan - a type of vegetarian gelatin. Use it as aq roux to thicken sauces, or blend it up to make a gel to add to smoothies.

Sustainably grown in the pristine waters of the Gulf of Maine.

May contain trace amounts of shellfish.
