Nutricost Stinging Nettle Root Extract contains a 7,500mg equivalent of stinging nettle extract. It is made from 750mg of 10:1 extract that is packed into just 1 capsule for an easy 1 capsule serving size.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily with 8-12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
