Melatonin by Nutricost helps support a healthy sleep cycle with 3mg, 5mg, 10mg, or 12mg of melatonin in each tablet. Each batch of this product is tested by independent iso-accredited laboratories. This supplement is non-GMO, gluten-free, and soy-free. Each bottle contains 240 melatonin tablets.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily with 8-12 oz of water at or near bedtime or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Microcrystalline cellulose, dextrin, starch, sodium starch glycolate, coating powder, silica, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
