Nutricost Chromium Picolinate tablets contain 1,000 mcg of chromium in each tablet. Each bottle contains 240 tablets. They are small, easy-to-swallow tablets.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily with 8-12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Dextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, corn starch, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, coating powder.
