A non-fermentable, insoluble fiber which does not feed undesirable bacteria. Dietary Fiber Cellulose is microcrystalline cellulose, and encourages healthy bowel motility and more complete elimination.

As a dietary supplement, 1 teaspoon mixed in water, two or three times daily before meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Sensitive individuals may want to start with less.
