This Hawaiian Poke mix delivers the authentic poke flavor you've been craving. Complete with Hawaiian Ogo straight from Hawaii. Simple ingredients, authentic flavor, easy to prepare.
Cut 1 lb. of raw fish into 3/4" x 3/4" cubes. Remove dried Ogo (seaweed) from package and place in a bowl. Cover with water and let stand for 1 - 2 minutes. Remove Ogo from water and squeeze out the moisture - slice into 1/2" pieces. Place cut fish into a large bowl and sprinkle Ogo over fish.
Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil. Add Hawaiian salt & chili mixture. Mix well.
To enhance flavor and color, add chopped green onions and serve. Enjoy!
