1/4 cup water
1 pound chicken (wings, drummettes, thighs, etc.)
1/2 cup flour

Combine contents of package with 1/4 cup water, blend well, this will form a batter. Roll chicken pieces in flour, dip into batter. Deep fry in oil at medium heat and cook until golden brown: cook approximately 3 minutes on each side.

Suggested uses: Excellent for Onion Rings.
Slice onion into 1/4" thick rings.
Follow directions as above.
