Suggested use

Removal:

Grip the bottle firmly with one hand.

Apply your thumb and bent pointer finger to the tabs at the base of the cap and squeeze.

Turn the cap while maintaining pressure with your fingers. Remove cap from bottle.

Application:

To re-apply, place cap directly onto bottle.

Turn until you hear a "click" and continue until cap is snug.

Adults and children over 12 years:

Apply a thin layer to affected area every 6 to 8 hours

Do not exceed 3 applications in a 24 hour period

Massage into painful area until thoroughly absorbed into skin

After applying, wash hands with soap and water.

Children 12 years or younger: ask a doctor.
