Each serving of our Calcium caplets delivers 600 mg of Calcium as Calcium Carbonate, plus 20 mcg (800 IU) of Vitamin D as D3 Cholecalciferol. For adults, take one (1) coated caplet up to two times daily, preferably with meals.
