Each serving of our Black Elderberry capsules delivers the equivalent of 2,000 mg of Sambucus Black Elderberry per serving.** Our formula provides a super concentrated extract of this traditional herb in easy-to-take quick release capsules. Two quick release capsules daily is all you need.

**Equivalent from 31.25 mg of 64:1 extract or 200 mg of 10:1 extract per serving.

For adults, take two (2) quick release capsules daily, preferably with meals.
