Each serving of our Milk Thistle capsules delivers the equivalent of 1,000 mg of Milk Thistle derived from the seed of the Silybum marianum plant.** These quick release capsules are a convenient way to incorporate phytonutrients into your daily routine.

**Equivalent from 250 mg 4:1 extract.

For adults, take one (1) quick release capsule once or twice daily, preferably with meals.

Rice powder, gelatin capsule, calcium silicate, vegetable magnesium stearate.
