Each serving of our Flaxseed Oil softgels delivers 3,000 mg of Organic Flaxseed Oil, which consists of Alpha-Linolenic Acid (Omega-3), Linoleic Acid (Omega-6), and Oleic Acid (Omega-9). Our formula is also cold pressed, meaning it has been meticulously extracted using a high-pressure process with no external heat. Receive essential fatty acids in easy-to-take quick release softgels.

For adults, take three (3) quick release softgels daily, preferably with a meal.
