As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule twice a day with food or water.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking aspirin or other blood-thinning agents, consult with your healthcare practitioner before use. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery, or if upset stomach occurs.
