Vitamin B-12 promotes overall health & well being. Our delicious Liquid Vitamin B-12 formula is naturally flavored and provides and excellent source of this essential vitamin.

As a dietary supplement take one (1) dropperful daily, preferably with a meal. Hold the solution under the tongue for a few minutes before swallowing.

Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
