Our story began with a roadside produce stand run by our founder, the son of an organic farmer, in the heart of California's wine country. We've grown a lot since then, evolving into a line of premium oils and vinegars that are made using only the best olives, grapes, seeds or nuts from the finest orchards and fields around the world.
To craft our Organic Balsamic Vinegar, we allow the perfect blend of Italian grapes to mature in oak or chestnut casks until perfectly tart and slightly sweet. A must for any pantry, this 5-star vinegar is great brushed over grilled fruits, whisked into dressings or sprinkled over fresh summer veggies.
