To Clean:

Remove the lid. Lift and pull the center tab to unseat the valve from the collar. Then unscrew the collar from the cup. Always wash all parts before use. Rinse all components with warm water immediately after each use. Wash all parts in mild soapy water or on the top rack of a dishwasher. For a deeper clean, carefully remove clear o-ring from top of threading on collar & thoroughly wash. Must be placed back onto collar to ensure the best seal possible. Always store unassembled to allow parts to dry completely.

Inspect before use. Discard and replace at first sign of damage. Discard all packaging components before use. To prevent burns, do not microwave the cup or use with hot liquids. Do not let child walk or run while carrying the cup. Do not allow child to play, bite or chew on valve. Do not use with carbonated beverages or pulpy juices.
