Before delivery? Measure your belly's circumference, then subtract 3-5 inches.
After delivery? Use your current belly measurements.

Suggested use

When To Wear: Wear Shrinkx® daily after delivery until you no longer need abdominal support! Can be worn after c-section (once it feels comfy to do so). Not for use during pregnancy.

How to Wear:

Step 1 - Wrap tightly around waist and secure.

Step 2 - Lift and pull side straps.

Step 3 - Secure side straps for customized compression.

Care Instructions: Hand wash with mild detergent. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Line dry.
