MegaFood Vitamin D3 1000 IU (25 mcg) supports bone, teeth, muscle, and immune health. Vitamin D3 cholecalciferol is an easily absorbed and utilized form of vitamin D.

Adults take 1 tablet daily with a beverage. May be taken any time of day, even on an empty stomach.

Once open, consume within three months.
