MegaFood Men's 55+ One Daily is a foundational multivitamin made with 19 nutrients plus real food. Designed to support the nutritional needs of men 55 and over. This multi contains zinc for immune support, antioxidant vitamins A, C, + E for healthy aging support, and vitamin D to support muscle and bone health.

Adults take 1 tablet daily with a beverage. May be taken any time of day, even on an empty stomach.
