MegaFood Magnesium provides daily support for a healthy heart, the nervous system and muscle function. 50 mg of elemental magnesium as fermented magnesium bisglycinate, a magnesium form that is highly bioavailable and gentle on the stomach.

Adults take 1 tablet daily with a beverage.May be taken any time of day, even on an empty stomach.

Ferment media (organic brown rice, rice protein, autolyzed yeast extract, yeast [inactive]), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, hypromellose, silicon dioxide.
