Indications for Use: Intended for saline nasal irrigation to help relieve sinus congestion and stuffiness due to sinusitic, allergies, colds, flu, dry air, dust, smoke, etc.
Suggested useOnly for use when mixed with 7.75 oz (230 ml) of water.

About water. The US FDA advises using filtered, distilled, or previously boiled water for nasal irrigation.
