Does This Product Need To Be Kept In The Fridge?
These probiotics are shelf-stable, though refrigerating them may lengthen shelf life. Whether you refrigerate or not is up to you, though we do recommend storing the jar in a cool, dry place. And, if you plan on taking them as a part of a daily regimen, keeping them where you'll remember to take them might be helpful!
Suggested useAdults, take 2 capsules per day with water or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Can be taken with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
