Insert the nozzle into the nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril, a maximum of once daily to support the immune system. If exposure is a concern then spray twice daily, once in the am, once in the pm.
Safety Sealed: Clear shrink band on spray bottle is for your protection. Do not use if seal is missing or visibly tampered with.
Storage: Storage: Store at room temperature or in a refrigerator to reduce the mild sting.
You may experience a short temporary mild stinging, the effect of the honey and saline. If this continues beyond 4-5 days please discontinue use and seek professional medical help.
