Take 2 capsules daily with a full glass of water (at least 8 fluid ounces).
Hypromellose (vegetable cellulose), rice bran, and silica.
No artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, yeast, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, or magnesium stearate.
