Application Tips:

To advance tip, gently twist bottom of pencil to the right until, pencil point is advanced to desired length for use.

Apply along lashline, as close to lashes as possible, starting from inner corner of eye working outwards, repeat below the eye.

For an intense look, intensify the lines on the outside corners of the eye, top and lower lines.
