Microwave
Tear the pouch 2" to vent out steam. Place the pack in the microwave and heat for a minute.
Stovetop
Boil sealed pouch in water for 5 minutes.
Grab pouch from sides as contents will be hot. Once opened consume immediately. Does not require refrigeration.
