Kirkman® cod liver oils contain natural vitamins A and D. The oils have been vacuum-dried and deodorized, plus they have gone through a filtration and distillation process to remove heavy metals, pesticides and PCBs.

1/2 teaspoon daily or as directed by a physician. Refrigerate after opening.

Cod liver oil, natural lemon oil, natural lime oil, natural lemon and lime oils are added as flavoring, vitamin e oil is added as an antioxidant.

Free of: Milk, eggs, shell fish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame.
