Suggested use
Fill a dosage cup with 15 mL of PerioBrite® Pulling Oil, put in your mouth and gently swish, pushing the oil between your teeth and around your mouth for 2 to 3 minutes. For better results, you can increase the time up to 15 minutes based on your comfort level. Spit oil out preferably in a garbage can, as oil may solidify in the drainage pipes.
Do not swallow. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Always brush your teeth with PerioBrite® toothpaste after using the oil. Use it on a daily basis to enjoy the traditional benefits of pulling oil.
Shake well before use.
