Jarrow Formulas ® Co-Q10 (Ubiquinone) is an antioxidant that supports normal mitochondrial function, the power factories within our cells. It is found in the cells of energy rich tissues like the heart, but with age these levels decrease. Co-Q10 helps promote mitochondrial health, cellular energy production, and healthy cardiovascular function.

Adults take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day with a fat-containing meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water) magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.

No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
