Adults take 1 softgel 1-3 times a day with food or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Soy lecithin, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel [color] and carob), medium chain glycerides (modified coconut and palm oil) and mixed tocopherols (antioxidant).
