





Premium first harvest tea leaves from the fertile Kagoshima and Uji regions are carefully chosen and crafted by our tea master in Uji, Kyoto. The resulting smooth flavor profile is best appreciated when sipping this matcha as traditionally prepared tea.
Suggested useMatcha Shot: Add one matcha stick pack (1 gram) to 2 oz of cool water and whisk, or shake with the same amount of cold water in a sealed container. Use 2 stick packs (2 grams) with the same amount of water for a double shot.
Traditional Hot Matcha: Add a 2 oz matcha shot (see above) to 2 oz of hot water (not over 170ºF).
Iced Matcha: Add a 2 oz matcha shot to 6 oz of water or juice, serve over ice. Sweeten as desired.
Cafe Style Latte: Add a 2 oz matcha shot to 6-14 oz of milk, hot or iced. Sweeten as desired.
