Suggested useCulinary matcha can be used as a delicious ingredient when blending, baking or cooking with your favorite recipes. Start with a standard serving of 1/2 teaspoon (1 gram), and add more as desired.
Lattes: Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of matcha to your favorite milk and sweeten if desired. For hot lattes a whisk works best to mix, and for cold lattes simply shake with ice.
Smoothies: Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of matcha to your favorite smoothie recipe. We like to use1 cup milk (plant based or regular), 1 frozen banana, and 2 tablespoons almond butter.
Baking: Add 1 to 3 teaspoons of matcha per cup of flour to your favorite muffin, cake, pancake or other baked good recipes for a gorgeous green color and nutritional boost.
